Our Purpose and Vision
Why do we exist?
The purpose of Creative People Solutions (CPS) is to help people discover their potential.
The vision of CPS is to be a catalyst for genuine attitude and behaviour change that leads to lasting results for individuals, teams and organisations. We achieve this through our integrated research, training, coaching, research and consulting solutions.
CPS started in 2008 and has established branches and teams in Sydney (Australia), Cairo (Egypt), Oslo (Norway), Salalah (Oman) and Aden (Yemen) with a wide range of partner organizations around the world. Within a decade of starting with a corporate team building session to build trust, CPS is honoured to have been trusted to help over 3000 corporate & NGO leaders and 18,000 youth around the world discover their potential.

Our Founding Team
With a compelling vision to help people discover their potential in one of the most challenging parts of the world, CPS was founded by 3 very different people, simply playing to their strengths.
In doing so, we discovered the wisdom of an ancient Creative People Solution that the Greek philosopher Aristotle talked about over 2000 years ago. Aristotle said there are three distinct types of knowledge needed to solve problems.
- Episteme (Head)
- Techne (Hands)
- Phronesis (heart)
This perfectly describes the different strengths that each of the CPS founders brought to the team. We each see the world very differently – and it is through our diversity of complementary gifts and skills that we have experienced true unity as one team.
