RESEARCH SOLUTIONS helps organisations discover what their people think, feel and need.
Through confidential research surveys and in depth interviews and focus groups, CPS provides a visual report of your current reality (whether team dynamics, trust levels or staff values and behaviours) along with recommendations of what potential areas of improvement are. These recommendations might or might not include further CPS Training, Coaching or Consulting. Since one of our core values is integrity we only ever recommend and promise what we can deliver!
Research Process
To help leaders understand what their people really need, CPS has developed a powerful NEEDS ANALYSIS TOOL with a 4-step process that can be adapted for a range of research needs such as identifying organisational values, identifying Learning & Development Gaps, analysing Team Development Needs or general opinion surveys.
DESIGN: CPS meets with the sponsor/client to understand their specific research needs and design the core skills, behaviours or attitudes to be measured. CPS then designs 5 questions for each area, generating a 45 question survey to distribute to the target group.
ANALYSIS: CPS Researchers collate and analyse the data. The CPS Needs Analysis tool creates a visual report identifying exactly what the research participants see as their strengths, weaknesses and clearly shows the priority development needs.
REPORT DELIVERY: CPS delivers the comprehensive visual research report to the sponsor including recommendations & quote for a process of consulting, training and coaching (if needed) to address the specific skills, attitudes or behaviours that need to be developed.
